Accommodations & Room Blocks

We have room blocks at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Beach Club Resort, and Coronado Springs Resort. These hotels offer group rates and are conveniently located near the ceremony and reception. Alternative hotels, vacation homes, and Airbnb rentals are also available nearby.

Absolutely! If there’s another Disney resort you’d like to stay at, let us know — we may be able to add it to our room block so you can take advantage of the group rates.

Use our official Passkey booking link: Book your wedding room here. Rooms are first-come, first-served and available at special group rates until August 6th 2026.

Yes! Guests are welcome to book additional nights if availability allows. Please contact the hotel or our room block coordinator as soon as possible to secure extra nights at the group rate.

Travel & Directions

The closest major airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), about 25–30 minutes from Walt Disney World. Other airports to consider are Sanford International airport (SFB) which is 1 hour away, Tampa International Airport (TPA) which is 1.5 hours away, and even Miami International Aiport (MIA) which is 3.5/4 hours away.

Guests staying at our room block hotels can drive or park at the Grand Floridian for the ceremony. The reception at EPCOT is accessible only via private chartered shuttles from the Grand Floridian and other room block hotels. No driving to EPCOT is necessary.

No! Entrance to EPCOT for the reception is part of our private event — you do not need a park ticket.

Orlando has many attractions, including Disney parks, Universal Studios, and local shopping/dining. Guests are welcome to explore the area, but plan for travel time if visiting parks during the wedding weekend.

Shuttles & Transportation

Chartered shuttles will transport guests from the Grand Floridian to EPCOT. They will loop continuously throughout the evening, returning guests to the Grand Floridian parking lot and room block hotels. You can leave the reception at any time, and shuttle service will ensure a smooth ride back.

Yes! Guests will go through private, expedited security at the Italy Pavilion entrance, ensuring a safe and streamlined entry without the usual park lines. Guests will also be subject to bag checks and metal detectors, following the standard Disney park security procedures. Please avoid bringing items that aren’t allowed in the parks or that you cannot carry through security.

No. Guests must use the chartered shuttle service to access EPCOT for the reception.

Because it is a private, secured event, all guests must arrive on time to gain entry. Late arrivals unfortunately cannot be admitted, so please plan your travel accordingly to ensure you don’t miss the celebration.

Parking

Parking is available at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Valet service is available (tip customary), and self-parking is complimentary for resort guests.

Guests do not park at EPCOT — all transportation is via our private chartered shuttles.

RSVPs & Guest List

You will only receive a plus-one if it is specifically noted on your invitation. If you have a plus-one, please include their name on your RSVP.

Our wedding is an adult-only celebration, unless a child is specifically included as a family guest.

Please RSVP by May 1st 2026 through the wedding website.

Attire & Dress Code

Our wedding is black tie, and we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos or formal dark suits, and ladies may choose floor-length gowns or sophisticated evening dresses.

The ceremony will take place indoors at the Wedding Pavilion, the cocktail hour will be outside at the Italy Pavilion with views of the fireworks, and the reception will be indoors in the American Rotunda. Please plan your footwear accordingly for both indoor and outdoor areas.

Gifts & Registry

Your presence is the greatest gift! If you would like to give something, a contribution toward our honeymoon or future together would be warmly appreciated. Click here for registry.

While gifts are optional, we won’t be able to accept any at the venue. If you’d like to give a gift, contributing to our honeymoon fund is greatly appreciated. Click here for registry.

Ceremony & Reception

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographer will capture the special moments. Guests are welcome to take photos at the reception.

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to park, check in, and be seated before the ceremony begins.

Our wedding day will include both indoor and outdoor spaces. The ceremony is indoors at the Wedding Pavilion. The cocktail hour will be outside at EPCOT’s Italy Pavilion, with beautiful views of the fireworks. The reception will be indoors in EPCOT’s American Rotunda, providing a comfortable and elegant space for dining, dancing, and celebrating. Guests will move between indoor and outdoor areas, so please dress appropriately for both.

The ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion will take place indoors rain or shine. If the cocktail hour at the Italy Pavilion is affected by weather, we have nearby covered areas ready so guests can still enjoy drinks and the fireworks. The reception in the American Rotunda is indoors and will not be impacted.

Yes! Please let us know any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP, and we’ll make sure appropriate options are available.

Yes! Our chartered shuttles will loop continuously throughout the evening, returning guests to the Grand Floridian and other room block hotels.

General Tips & Miscellaneous

Florida can be warm and humid, even in the evenings. We recommend lightweight, breathable fabrics and staying hydrated. Consider a wrap or light jacket if you get chilly in air-conditioned venues.

Any additional events, like welcome dinners or brunches, will be communicated via the wedding website or invitation. Guests are also welcome to explore Orlando independently.
