By Car: Approximately 25–30 minutes depending on traffic. Take FL-528 W toward Disney World, then follow signs for the Grand Floridian Resort.

Rideshare / Taxi: Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are widely available at the airport. Simply enter your hotel or venue address in the app.

Rental Car: Convenient if you plan to explore Orlando. Parking is available at all venues, including valet at the Grand Floridian.

Grand Floridian Resort & Spa: Steps from the ceremony — no travel required! Valet parking available.

Beach Club Resort: Short bus or rideshare to Grand Floridian and EPCOT. Walking to EPCOT via International Gateway (~15–20 min).

Coronado Springs Resort: Convenient bus service to EPCOT; 10–15 min drive to Grand Floridian.

Google Maps or Waze provides accurate driving directions.

Most Orlando-area hotels near Lake Buena Vista, Celebration, or Kissimmee are 10–20 minutes from the resorts.

If staying in a vacation home or Airbnb, consider rideshare, rental car, or local shuttle service.

Getting There

Parking:

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (Ceremony)

Valet Parking: Available at the front entrance. Tip is customary.

Self-Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available for resort guests.

Parking Instructions: Enter via Floridian Way and follow signs to the resort’s parking areas.

EPCOT Reception

Chartered Shuttle Transportation: All guests will travel from the Grand Floridian to EPCOT via private, chartered shuttles.

Guests will arrive directly at the Italy Pavilion through a private entrance, allowing us to celebrate in a more intimate setting.

No park ticket required: Entrance to EPCOT for the reception is part of our private event — you do not need a Disney park ticket to attend.

Shuttle & Security Details

Upon arrival, all guests will pass through private, expedited security managed specifically for our wedding. This ensures a safe and streamlined entry without the usual park lines.

Shuttles will loop continuously throughout the evening, returning guests to the Grand Floridian parking lot and the other room block hotels. You can leave the reception at any time, and shuttle service will ensure a smooth ride back.

Shuttle attendants will be available to guide guests to and from the buses, making the experience stress-free and convenient.
