Welcome Arrival

        Guests are invited to arrive at the venue and begin the evening with us. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and guided to the ceremony area. Please allow yourself enough time to get settled, take in the surroundings, and find your seat before the ceremony begins.

Wedding Ceremony

        Our ceremony will begin promptly at 7:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to be seated a few minutes beforehand. This intimate and meaningful moment marks the start of our married life together. After the ceremony, we will have a celebratory exit on the bridge, where guests will shower us with flower petals as we walk together, creating a magical and memorable send-off.

Guest Transport

        Following the ceremony, guests will be transported via private chartered shuttles to the reception location. Upon arrival, guests will pass through private, expedited security before entering the cocktail hour area, ensuring a smooth and safe transition. This process allows everyone to arrive together and continue the celebration seamlessly.

Cocktail Hour

        Join us for cocktail hour as the evening continues. Enjoy a curated selection of drinks, light bites, and the beautiful surroundings while we take a few moments for photos. This is the perfect time to mingle, relax, and begin celebrating.

Fireworks

        As night falls, we’ll share a spectacular fireworks display to mark the celebration of our marriage. This magical moment is one of the highlights of the evening, so be sure to have your cameras ready and enjoy the show with us.
      
9:45–10:00 PM
Reception Seating

        Around 9:45 PM, guests will be guided to the reception location and invited to find their seats as the reception officially begins around 10:00 PM.

First Dance

        We’ll invite everyone to gather as we share our first dance as a married couple, marking the official start of the evening’s celebrations. This is when the dance floor begins to open, signaling the transition into the evening festivities.

Wedding Dinner

        Dinner will be served shortly after the first dance. This will be a sit-down, served meal, with each guest’s selections chosen on their RSVP. Cake Cutting

Party Time

        The dance floor officially opens! Enjoy music, dancing, and unforgettable memories, along with special surprises and entertainment experiences we have planned throughout the night. Celebrate with us, and make magical memories that will last a lifetime.

Dress Code

We kindly request black tie attire for our formal evening celebration. Gentlemen: tuxedos or dark formal suits. Ladies: floor-length gowns or sophisticated evening dresses. To honor tradition, please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream. Thank you for helping us create a beautiful and memorable evening!
